  • Responsibilities Include: Heads up the organization’s social media strategy, public relations, and website and digital content creation and strategy; upholds brand guidelines across the organization; and assists with development campaigns (spearheading all digital campaigns), in addition to serving as the interim Associate Manager, Operations (supporting staff hiring, onboarding, and training operations and working with vendors to troubleshoot tech-related issues) and interim Receptionist (assisting with office organization and other administrative tasks)
  • Accomplishments Include: Created a 2017 editorial calendar with important health days and fundraising campaigns; produced content for and pushed out 2017 first quarter e-newsletter (first content e-newsletter in over a year since the December 2015 e-newsletter I released as an intern) to 4,200+ constituents via Raiser’s Edge Online Express; created and maintained “Staff Networking Opportunities” resource; designed a Save the Date for the Foundation’s conference on women’s health and wellness; designed and sent out an invite to 30+ leaders in business and public health for the Foundation’s annual Board of Trustees dinner; cleaned up and updated 70+ constituent records in the Foundation’s CRM, Raiser’s Edge, after 6+ months of inactivity; established process for press release distribution; founded process for the review and publication of any external communications mentioning the Foundation; worked with Programs and Development departments to rework and produce new content for multiple web pages, including web pages for the Foundation's Conceptual Framework© and AMR Framework©; created Pinterest for the Foundation; designed and sent out a women’s health-themed fundraising e-blast via Online Express to over 4,300+ constituents, including new individuals targeted in the Caribbean; and shot and edited videos for the Foundation's #WomensHealthIsPublicHealth campaign, which can be seen on the Foundation's YouTube
